I received my Hunter boots today and although they were delayed due to the terrible weather conditions we have been experiencing, I am really pleased with them and the service that I have received. The Welly Shop staff have obviously been working very hard under extremely difficult conditions to try to get boots to their customers at a time when they really needed them! I have been really pleased with the excellent communication in response to my enquiries and just wanted to say you are doing a sterling job.

I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service you gave me over the last couple of days. I was given very useful advice and my order was delivered within 24hrs of my call. I am delighted with the tack muck boots and I am still wearing them after trying them on three hours ago (I have only been in my house!).
