Extended Christmas Returns Policy
What happens if you order the wrong gift, or if your item is faulty and you need to return it? Well, we are offering our Christmas shoppers at www.thewellyshop.com an Extended Returns Policy.
If you make a purchase throughout November up until 6pm Thursday 22nd December 2011 and you need to return it, we offer an extended returns period. Please notify us by 15th January 2012 of your intention to return the item. You have until 31st January 2012 to return it to us.
The Extended Returns Policy applies to the following:
1.
Incorrectly ordered or unwanted Christmas gifts - as long as the item
has NOT been used and it comes in its original packaging.
2.
Faulty items - we will take the item back and replace with a new one
(if we hold the stock, otherwise we will issue a refund or store
credit).
3. If for any reason your order has not arrived as you
expected - this will be reviewed by our Customer Services team case by
case.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that our Extended Returns Policy will revert back to
normal (30 days from date of purchase) on purchases made after 6pm Thursday 22nd December
2011.
