How to Change an Order.
In order to provide a speedy despatch service, all our order processing systems are automated, so what you order on the website goes straight through to the warehouse for despatch.
We currently aim to turnaround an order within approximately 15-30 minutes before the goods are ready for despatch.
As such we are not usually able to change details on an order.
If the order is placed in the evening or on a Saturday or Sunday, please contact us by e-mail at deliveries@thewellyshop.com and we will do our best to contact the warehouse to make the change.
In busy periods it will not be possible for our staff to search through hundreds of orders so once they have been packed it is not possible to change the order.
If you want to add additional items to your order please order online and these will be treated as a separate order.
