With the exception of non branded fashion coloured wellies, which carry a six month guarantee, all items purchased carry a comprehensive 12 month manufacturer’s warranty against faulty materials or workmanship (not excessive wear and tear). In the very unlikely event of a fault becoming apparent on your purchase please return it to us with a covering letter explaining the fault.
Due to Health & Safety regulations we cannot accept boots/clothing unless they have been cleaned thoroughly.
The boots will be returned to the relevant manufacturers for their assessment.
If appropriate, we will refund or exchange faulty items and also refund postage costs.
