You may return your order for any reason within 30 days after you receive the goods. If you wish to return any goods under this policy, you must return them to us at the address shown in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Carriage will only be refunded if the boots returned are faulty.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
WRONGLY ORDERED ITEMS WILL BE EXCHANGED ONLY WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY APPROPRIATE PAYMENT FOR RETURN CARRIAGE. PLEASE REFER TO ORIGINAL INVOICE FOR CARRIAGE COSTS. PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT ADVISE ON BOOT SIZE - AND TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WRONGLY ORDERED BOOTS.
We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been used or damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In order to return any goods, please enclose a letter with the goods, in original packaging, stating the reason for return clearly marking whether you would like a refund or an exchange and return it to:
