How to Track an Order
Once we despatch your order we send you an email confirmation and also tracking details where you selected a courier or tracked service, Your order status on our website is not updated however as the two are not linked.
If you have not received an order confirmation e-mail, please check your Spam folder as they can be placed there sometimes. Also check we have your correct email address. Click the "My Account" link and check your order history and click on the link under Change Details to display the e-mail address you gave us when you ordered.
If you canot locate your order confirmation email, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll advise on the delivery status.
If your order has been dispatched and the expected delivery date has passed, we recommend the following courses of action:
Royal Mail Deliveries
If you selected to send your order using Royal Mail First Class, around 90% orders are received the next working day although this service is not tracked and can take upto ten days under some circumstances. If your order has not been received after a few days, we cannot track it, so we suggest you contact your local Royal Mail sorting office as sometimes the delivery notifications can get lost amongst other post and they may have your parcel waiting for you. Also check with neighbours and likely safe places where parcels are usually left.
If you ordered and your parcel was sent using a courier such as Parcelforce, or DPD please check your order confirmation email for the tracking link which will allow you to check the location and status of your package. This email may be in your Spam folder.
All goods are sent on a next working day service to the UK and Air Express or Ground services to International and European destinations. If your order has not been received or the tracking has not been updated, we suggest you contact Parcelforce on 0844 800 44 66 or your local Parcelforce depot quoting the reference number from your tracking link.
You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct. Click the "My Account" link and check your order history and click on the Invoice next to your order to view the delivery address.
If your order hasn't arrived after 10 days, please contact us by email at email@example.com and we'll do our best to locate it investigate further.
Severe Weather Disruption
During times of severe UK weather conditions, such as floods or snow deliveries to some areas can be delayed. Royal Mail and Parcelforce may find it unsafe for their staff to deliver to certain areas particularly rural area so please allow additional days for delivery. Unfortunately we cannot do anything to speed up deliveries of these orders. If you need any further information, please contact the courier who is in the process of delivering your order.
