Returns - 'No Quibble' Returns Policy

You may return your order for any reason within 30 days after you receive the goods. If you wish to return any goods under this policy, you must return them to us at the address shown in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.   Carriage will only be refunded if the boots returned are faulty.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. 

WRONGLY ORDERED ITEMS WILL BE EXCHANGED ONLY WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY APPROPRIATE PAYMENT FOR RETURN CARRIAGE.   PLEASE REFER TO ORIGINAL INVOICE FOR CARRIAGE COSTS. PLEASE NOTE:  WE CANNOT ADVISE ON BOOT SIZE - AND TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WRONGLY ORDERED BOOTS.

We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been used or damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In order to return any goods, please enclose a letter with the goods, in original packaging, stating the reason for return clearly marking whether you would like a refund or an exchange and return it to us using the instructions below.

If you don't have the original packing slip any more, please just include a letter with that reference in.

Collect+ offers a simple and convenient solution for your returns from just £3.99 inc VAT

You can book a delivery by visiting this link and paying by card or PayPal to download a PDF label to print and attach to the returns parcel. 

When your parcel is dropped off at any of the Collect+ locations a receipt will be issued as proof-of-postage and a tracking code to follow it online.

Return items to us using Collect+

If you choose not to use this service, we recommend sending the boots recorded delivery or via a tracked service or asking for proof of postage at the Post Office so you are protected in case of loss.  
Royal Mail also have a less expensive service called standard parcels which takes 3-5 days.   Please include paperwork, the returns code and whether you would like a different size or a refund.

Also if you do require a different size, it may be quicker to re-order the replacement product from our website www.thewellyshop.com and return the original order requesting a refund. If the goods are in stock and you order before 2pm we will despatch the goods today.


Choose Parcelforce 24 for guaranteed delivery the next working day (Mon-Thursday) and if ordering on a Friday choose Royal Mail First Class as this can often result in Saturday delivery about 90% of the time.
