Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Wellington boot sizing can vary between brands, so we recommend checking our Size Guide before you order. If you plan to wear thick socks, or the boots sit between sizes, it is usually best to size up.
Do you offer wide-calf or wide-fit wellies?
Yes. Many of our styles come in wide-calf and adjustable fittings. Look for the calf-fitting options on the product page, or browse our women's wide-calf range.
Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal. You can check out as a guest or create an account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, our returns process will apply.
Delivery
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard UK delivery is £4.95, and free on orders over £50 after any discount code, arriving within 3 to 5 working days. Next Day Delivery is £6.99; order before 2pm on a working day for the fastest dispatch. Our courier charges more to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands, and takes longer to some of them; see our delivery page for the rates. Where is my order? How do I track it?
You can check your order's progress at any time on our Track Your Order page: just enter your order number and the email you used at checkout to see the latest status, estimated delivery date and parcel tracking. If you have an account, you can also see everything under your orders. When your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking link too. If it has not arrived within the estimated window, please get in touch and we will chase it up for you.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind, you can return unworn boots in their original condition and packaging within 365 days. Full instructions are on our Returns & Exchanges page. If you return your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we refund delivery up to the standard rate (£4.95); anything extra paid for faster delivery is not refunded, and after 14 days delivery is not refunded. If you return part of an order that came with free delivery and the items you keep come to less than £50.00, we deduct the standard delivery charge (£4.95) from your refund. Faulty or not-as-described items are different: we refund delivery in full and never deduct it.
Can I exchange my boots for a different size?
Choose store credit as your refund method when you start a return, and we'll email you a code as soon as it's processed, so you can order the right size straight away at no extra cost. A refund to your original payment method is always available instead, if you'd rather have your money back.
Stock and care
An item is out of stock. Will it come back?
Many styles are restocked. On the product page you can sign up to be notified by email when your size is back in stock.
How should I look after my wellies?
Rinse off mud with clean water, let them dry naturally away from direct heat, and store them upright. For natural rubber boots, an occasional wipe with a rubber conditioner helps prevent that white "bloom" and keeps them looking their best.
