How is a gift card delivered?
Gift cards are digital and sent by email, either straight away after payment or on a future date you choose. The email carries the design you picked, the code, the value and any personal message.
How does the recipient use their gift card?
They enter the code in the gift card box at checkout. If they spend less than the card is worth, the remaining balance stays on the card for next time.
How long are gift cards valid?
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase. The exact expiry date is shown in the gift card email, and you can check it any time with the balance checker above.
What amounts can I choose?
Preset amounts from £25 to £200, or any whole amount between £10 and £500 with the custom option.
Is VAT charged on gift cards?
No VAT is charged when you buy a gift card. VAT applies to the goods when the card is spent, and children’s wellies are zero-rated.
What if the gift card email goes missing?
No balance is ever lost. Contact us with the order number and we will resend the gift card email to the recipient.
