Wrong size? Choose store credit as your refund method below and we'll email you a code as soon as your return is processed, so you can order the right size straight away at no extra cost. A refund to your original payment method is always available instead, if you'd rather have your money back.

Try your wellies on indoors just as you would in a shop. If they've been worn beyond that (e.g. outside, with scuffed soles) we may reduce the refund to reflect the wear. Socks supplied in sealed packaging can only be returned unopened, for hygiene reasons. You also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.

Delivery charges. Return your whole order within 14 days of delivery and we refund delivery up to the standard rate (£4.95); anything extra paid for express or next day delivery is not refunded. After 14 days we refund the items but not delivery. Free delivery covers the items you keep: if you return part of an order and the items you keep come to less than £50.00, we deduct the standard delivery charge (£4.95) from your refund. If an item is faulty or not as described, none of this applies: we refund your delivery in full and never deduct it.
