Fit and sizing

Sizes run from UK Child 7 to UK 5, so the Hunter Young Original covers toddlers stepping into their first proper wellies right through to older children. One useful detail for families: in sizes 3, 4 and 5, the foot size is the same as the adult Hunter Original boot of the same size. The difference is the height, 31.5cm for these compared with 38cm for the adult version, and the adult boot has no reflective strips. If your older child finds the adult boot too tall, this is the answer.

Warmth and lining

Inside there is an anti-bacterial cotton lining. On cold days, a pair of warm socks is a good idea.
